"I am a Quality Auditor, but I also work as our Regional Diversity Lead.

"A lot of people at Dimensions want to know more about about diversity, so we now how diversity leads in every region. Part of my role is to talk to various staff members and address their doubts and curiosities about anything to do with diversity. At the moment I'm making a document containing fast facts of most commonly known religions - the purpose behind this is to help build awareness among the staff as well as people we support.

The various examples that I see, on a daily basis, where people we support have been supported and encouraged to be more independent are astonishing.
